LONDON–(COMMERCIAL THREAD) –BTIG Limited announced today that Kevin Edwards, Sean O’Brien and Roxanne George have joined the Fixed Income Credit division of the company. Mr. Edwards joins BTIG as Managing Director, specializing in sales of European financial and quality credit products, while Mr. O’Brien joins as Director, focusing on convertible sales. Ms. George joins the firm as Vice President of Operations, where she will help lead BTIG’s European middle office lending operations. In their new role at the firm, they will be based in BTIG’s London office.

Mr. Edwards has nearly 20 years of industry experience. Prior to BTIG, he was Director at Global Fixed Income Credit at Deutsche Bank in London, where he specialized in European financial services through capital structure. Previously, he was Director of Fixed Income Credit at Société Générale. Earlier in his career, he was Executive Director in Fixed Income Credit Trading at Morgan Stanley in London and New York, where he held several positions and spent twelve years. Mr. Edwards began his career as an analyst in New York at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. O’Brien has over three decades of experience in convertible bonds. Prior to BTIG, he spent over 16 years at Jefferies, where he held sales and sales leadership roles within Convertibles in London. Earlier in his career, Mr. O’Brien held similar convertible bond sales and trading positions at Mitsubishi Trust, Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers and Societe Generale.
Ms. George has over 15 years of experience in the fixed income credit middle office. Prior to BTIG, she was Associate Director in Structured Finance Processing at UBS AG. Previously, Ms. George was Vice President of Debt Capital Markets at Cantor Fitzgerald, where she focused on high yield securities, distressed debt and European loans for more than eight years. Earlier in her career, she held similar positions at ING and Deutsche Bank. Ms. George began her career with Merrill Lynch.
